Eden Keyholding Services offers a comprehensive range of services from keyholding to property management and pool maintenance. We are happy to put together a tailor-made package for you, based on your specific requirements.
Keyholding
Keyholding is at the heart of our services.
If you cannot always be physically present in Spain, it offers reassurance that there is always someone nearby to manage your key.
Whether for emergencies or planned work on your house or garden, we will open the door and lock the property again. This way, you can be remotely safe and secure.
Property management
If you cannot be in Spain all year round, but would like an eye to be kept in and around your property, we offer a comprehensive property management package.
This package includes:
- Property inspection: We inspect your property regularly.
- Extra inspection after severe weather: After severe weather, we carry out an extra inspection.
- Checking windows, doors and (if any) alarm system: We make sure everything is safe.
- Flushing all toilets, taps and showers: To prevent problems.
- Airing the house during inspections: For a fresh atmosphere.
- Checking for signs of moisture and/or mould problems: We keep an eye on your property.
- Checking for the presence of pests: To avoid unpleasant surprises.
- Checking the letterbox: We collect your mail.
And even if there are no particularities, we’ll still send a photo every now and then, of your lovely garden or the beautiful views, so it still feels a bit like you’re there.
Pool maintenance
But a pool requires regular maintenance to keep it clean and fresh.
We are happy to take the worries of pool maintenance off your hands so that all you have to do is enjoy your pool.
We offer different packages, from once a fortnight to twice a week, throughout the year or only during the summer season.

Meet and Greet service
Renting out your property while you are away is obviously a nice way to generate some extra income.
We are happy to take care of welcoming guests and checking them out when they return home.
We can also take care of the final cleaning for you, this way the house is always ready for your next or a new tenant.
Car rental mediation
If you come to Spain by plane, it might be nice to have a car here.
We mediate for different car rental companies, this way we try to find the best possible price for you.
